A new tool to support organisations assessing their internal whistleblowing systems has been developed for use in France.
Anti-corruption NGO Transparency International produced the new publication – Internal Whistleblowing Systems Self-Assessment Framework – in October 2024. The tool provides a structured approach to assessing and improving internal reporting systems, ensuring compliance with EU whistleblowing protection laws and international best practice principles.
The framework has been translated into French and is available on Transparency International France’s website here.
