It has been reported that the Commission is demanding 600 Euros per day, rising to 2340 Euros if the Member State has not yet transposed the Directive by the time the Court hears the case. This could be an estimated 56000 Euros for Estonia, and they are expected to appeal, even though it is not disputed that they have not yet adopted legislation.
