The government’s Council for European Affairs has decided to establish a working group to focus on the transposition of the Directive (EU) 2019/1937 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law (whistleblowing). Transparency International Bulgaria along with two other national NGOs working on transparency and anti-corruption issues have been invited to bring their expertise to the group which is co-chaired by the Deputy-minister of justice and the deputy-minister of Labour and Social Policy.
