The Ministry of Justice in Denmark has announced that a formal public consultation on a draft law to protect whistleblowers has opened as of 24 February 2021. Comments on a draft proposal to transpose the EU Directive on Whistleblowing are being invited from a list of stakeholder organisations until Wednesday 24 March 2021.
