Anti-corruption NGO Transparency International – Bulgaria have published an open letter to the Minister of Justice and to the Prime Minister of Bulgaria expressing their concerns regarding the approach of the Government to public consultation and it’s coincident with national public holidays – the Easter break and the national May holidays break) which undermines comprehensive public discussion necessary for a proper and inclusive process.
