The Minister for Justice, Equality and Governance for Malta has confirmed, in comments made during a visit to the Office of the Directorate, that ‘Strategy Support’ will become the co-ordinating office for the transposition of the EU Directive on Whistleblower into national law which will require amendments to the current whistleblowing legislation adopted in 2013.
