In the context of establishing a working group for drafting amendments to the current whistleblowing law – the Act on Protection of Persons Reporting Irregularities – to transpose the EU Directive on Whistleblowing into Croatian law, the Croatian Government Office for Cooperation with NGOs has published an invitation to join the working group.
The invitation to nominate representatives of civil society organizations for members of the Working group was published on 28 May 2021 and has a deadline to submit an application of 7 June 2021.
