Investigation into transposition of EU Directive on whistleblowing announced

Sweden has announced that a Special Investigator has been assigned to investigate how to transpose the European Parliament and Council Directive on the protection of persons reporting breaches of Union law (the EU Directive on whistleblowing) should be implemented in Swedish law. The assignment must be reported no later than May 29, 2020.
