A new law on the protection of whistleblowers has been criticized by civil society organisations, the Pirates and opposition parties. A key concern is that the designated agency to handle reports will be subordinated directly to the Ministry of Justice.
Lukáš Černohorský, head of the Czech Pirate party said“I am afraid, it will not gain the trust of its citizens.”
