A working group has been established by a decision of the Minister of Justice and Administration. The group will work on drafting amendments to the current whistleblowing law (the Act on Protection of Persons Reporting Irregularities) in order to transpose the EU Directive on whistleblowing into the Croatian legal system.
The group comprises 16 members. The members include representatives of relevant state institutions, supreme court, state attorneys’ office and ombuds institution, as well as academia, trade unions, the employer’s association and civil society.”
