The process of transposition of the EU Directive on whistleblowing into national law has begun in Poland after the Prime Minister, Mateusz Morawieckz, took the first step and asked the Ministry of Development, Labor and Technology to prepare proper draft law and make public consultation under his decree. This is a small but important step within the Polish political context.
